Do you have frequent bad dreams/nightmares?

Do you avoid people, places, or things that remind you of a past event?

Do you feel anxious in situations in which you have no control?

Do you have difficulty concentrating or are you easily distracted or flustered?

Do you frequently feel jumpy or are you easily startled?

Do you experience feelings of betrayal and/or distrust?

Do you often experience feelings of guilt, shame, or self-blame?

Do you experience headaches, stomach problems, or chest pains?

If you have answered YES to 3 or more questions, you may be having a trauma reaction or PTSD.
